FIIT in the VIII Luso-Spanish Foundations Meeting
FIIT in the XIV National Foundations Meeting
FIIT, as a member of CPF – Portuguese Foundation Centre, participated
in the EUROPEAN DAY OF FOUNDATIONS AND DONORS, on October 1st,
and between the various activities we highlight the conference held at the
Rectory of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with the presence of the
President of the Republic Professor Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
Foundations from all over Europe came together to, in a common effort,
make their work known.
On this day they hosted events and activities and invited the public to get
more information about the Foundations.
This communication of the foundations objectives and actions, made known
to the public the work and the benefits they bring to society, and at the same
time, with full transparency, showed their inside.
The aim of the European Day of Foundations and Donors is to
highlight its proactive role for the benefit of citizens and communities.
